Minions are so cute and they fit nicely on bookmarks! All you need is some construction paper and string for the hair 🙂
Duration: 60 – 75 min
Materials:
– Construction paper for the minion (Yellow, light/dark blue, black, grey, white)
– Cardstock paper for the bookmark
– Black string
– Hole puncher
– Ruler
I first asked students to cut out a rectangle shape for their bookmark. Then, they used a ruler to measure and draw a yellow shape with the same width as the bookmark. After cutting it out, they added other parts to the minion. To make the minions a little more 3D, they punched a hole on the top and designed a hairstyle using string.Â
